1. Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional terms that may apply to specific products, services, courses, workshops, or programs offered by Sharpened Artist Academy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or purchase our products or services.

- upload, mirror, resell, or redistribute materials on another website, server, platform, or service.
- This license may be terminated if you violate these restrictions. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of and delete or destroy any restricted materials in your possession where legally permitted.

While we strive to provide accurate, useful, and current information, Sharpened Artist Academy does not guarantee specific artistic, educational, business, or financial results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sharpened Artist Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, its materials, products, workshops, courses, recordings, downloads, or services.

9. Live Workshops, Courses, Digital Products, and Educational Programs
Workshop and Course Access
Purchases of live workshops, courses, digital products, mentoring programs, and other educational offerings are for the individual purchaser only. Access may not be shared, transferred, resold, or provided to another person without written permission from Sharpened Artist Academy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Live Workshops
Refund requests for live workshops must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the first live workshop session.
Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment-processing fees or transaction costs associated with the original purchase or refund.
Once a live workshop is within 24 hours of beginning, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.
Missing a live session does not qualify a participant for a refund. When workshop recordings are included, enrolled students may use those recordings to review or catch up on missed sessions.
Schedule Changes
Sharpened Artist Academy reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, cancel, or make reasonable adjustments to live workshop dates, times, instructors, or delivery methods when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Workshop Recordings
Live online workshops, classes, office hours, coaching sessions, or related events may be recorded for use by enrolled participants. By joining a live session, you understand that your name, voice, comments, chat messages, image, or video may appear in a recording if you choose to participate using those features.
Reference Images and Course Materials
Reference photographs, line drawings, templates, workbooks, lesson materials, recordings, downloads, and other instructional resources provided by Sharpened Artist Academy are supplied for the enrolled student's personal educational use unless otherwise stated in writing.
These materials may not be shared, reposted, distributed, reproduced, sold, licensed, uploaded to another platform, or used to create competing instructional products without written permission.
Educational Results
Individual results will vary based on experience, practice, materials, participation, effort, and other factors. Sharpened Artist Academy does not guarantee a specific artistic outcome or level of improvement.
Intellectual Property
All original instructional materials, artwork, photographs, reference images, written content, demonstrations, recordings, videos, branding, and other proprietary materials created by Sharpened Artist Academy remain the property of Sharpened Artist Academy and/or their respective copyright holders unless otherwise stated.
